Dexcom currently manufactures the Dexcom G6 continuous glucose monitoring system which consists of transmitter and sensor components.

Dexcom is currently offering assistance to those who have lost their health insurance as a result of the COVID19 pandemic. It is unclear how long this program will be offered.

Eligibility

You must be a US citizen.

You must be an existing customer.

Medicare and Medicaid patients are not eligible.

How to Apply

Visit this webpage and fill out the form. You may be asked to provide additional documentation verifying the loss of your job and/or health insurance in the form of a job termination letter or an offer of COBRA benefits. You will then need to fax (1-833-235-9633) or mail (P.O. Box  70, Chesterfield, MO, 63006) these documents to Dexcom to be approved for the program. 

If you are approved for assistance, you can receive up to two shipments of 90 day supplies of the G6 system (one transmitter, three boxes of three sensors) at the price of $45.
